- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 6 oz thinly sliced turkey lunchmeat, cut into thin strips
- ¼ cup roasted red pepper strips
- 3 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing (or use Ranch dressing)
- 4 pita breads, warmed, cut in half
Toss lettuce with lunchmeat, peppers, cheese and dressing. Spoon into pitas.
