Caesar Pockets

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 6 oz thinly sliced turkey lunchmeat, cut into thin strips
  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 3 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing (or use Ranch dressing)
  • 4 pita breads, warmed, cut in half

Toss lettuce with lunchmeat, peppers, cheese and dressing.  Spoon into pitas.
