Cheese Baked Shrimp
- 2 cup fine cheese cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 pound large shrimp, cleaned
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Crush crackers into very fine crumbs between waxed paper with rolling pin; mix with dill and paprika and set aside. Roll shrimp in crumb mix; then in milk and then again in the crumb mix. Place shrimp in shallow pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees (F) for 15 minutes or until golden and tender. Don’t overcook! Breaded shrimp may be prepared hours before baking time.
