Sweet Citrus and Dijon Grilled Shrimp

  • 1 and 1/2 cup Lawry’s Dijon & Honey marinade with Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

In medium bowl, combine dijon & honey marinade, orange juice, and garlic salt; mix well.  Arrange shrimp, onion, tomatoes and limes in well-oiled wire grill basket; brush with marinade mixture.  Grill 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp are pink, turning once and basting often with marinade mixture.
