Home-style Mustard Greens

Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound mustard greens, washed and torn into large pieces
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • bacon grease (to taste)

Saute garlic in olive oil.  Add mustard greens and broth and simmer until leaves are wilted.   Add salt, pepper and bacon grease to taste.
