- 1/2 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise (use that other stuff and you’ll be slapping yourself!!)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pureed chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and fresh ground pepper — to taste
Combine all ingredients and keep covered in refrigerator. Keeps for one week covered.
